Special Education Teacher – SEAL / PALS Programs
Location: Tempe, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Programs: SEAL / PALS
We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support students in the SEAL and PALS programs in Tempe, AZ. These positions will provide specialized instruction and individualized support within a self-contained classroom setting
.
Provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs and IEP goals.
Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lessons.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Support students' academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional needs.
Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, families, and school administration.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs.
Maintain a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Special Education teaching experience required/preferred.
Arizona Special Education certification/licensure preferred.
Must be comfortable working in a self-contained classroom.
Experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs preferred.
Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
