Program Director, IDD Services

Location:

1185 S. 4th Ave, Suite M, Yuma, AZ 85364

Salary: $50,000 to $53,000

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of one to four community programs, including organization and implementation of direct supports, person‑centered planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
  • Make recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Implement program planning and monitor delivery of services to ensure consistency, engagement, and relevance to clients.
  • Be available on‑call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and two to three years of related experience in Human Services; preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Other education, experience, training, licensure, or certification per state requirements.
  • Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi‑task to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
  • Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
