Direct Care Worker​/Caregiver

• We provide care 24/7, so you can build a flexible schedule around your availability (especially if you need late afternoons/early evenings and weekends!)

• Here are some of the ways our DCWs support our clients and their unique needs.
  • Personal Care (assistance with bathing/toileting/general grooming etc.)
  • Meal Preparation
  • Medication Administration
  • Housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, cleaning personal spaces etc.)
  • General Supervision
• DCWs also can provide respite services to clients that include similar tasks. This allows the primary caregiver (typically a family member) to take a break from their duties while knowing their loved one is cared for in their absence.
• Adhere to a weekly schedule with good attendance and punctuality
• Complete and maintain required certifications and trainings
• Adhere to all agency policies and requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel independently to client’s visits
• Ability to obtain a FA/CPR certification
• Ability to obtain Tuberculosis clearance
• Successful fingerprint and DES/CPS/APS clearance
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of caregiving

• Prior experience as a caregiver or in a related field
• Availability on weekday afternoons/early evenings and weekends
