Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job SummaryThe Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Residential Counselor is responsible for delivering therapeutic and treatment planning services to CBI Residential Patients. The Residential Counselor facilitates group counseling utilizing approved CBI Curriculum and schedule, and will facilitate individual sessions with each patient on a regular basis. These responsibilities are governed by the policy, process, and the governing rules set forth by the Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS), Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), Office of Behavioral Health Licensure (OBHL), and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
Qualifications- Master’s Degree in related field
- Leadership experience
- 2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse
- Associate or Independently Licensed Professional with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor
