Low census only Floating: NICU / Peds / Women’s Med-Surg or ICU (downgraded or RDU assignments only) Antepartum patients L&D nurses must care for the baby for 2 hours post-delivery. Nurses without postpartum experience will not be sent there but must be able to take antepartum patients. Orientation 1 day NEO 1 day Clinical Education / EPIC 1 day on the floor Scrubs Hospital-provided scrubs
