Sage Group Health Care Staffing isseeking multiple Pharmacists for Full time Direct Hire needs in Yuma, AZ.Accepting both local and relocating candidates.
Location: Yuma, Arizona
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type:
Full-time, Direct Hire with facility
Position terms: Full-time, Accepting Localand relocating candidates
Pay Rate:
Salary Range $60.00/hr to $74.00/hr
- $20,000 sign on bonus | Must make 2-year commitment
- 3 months housing and $10K relocation
Shift: 10 Hours;
Days,1 to 2 weekends per month preferred, 2/3 holiday coverage required
Schedule: 72 hours per 2 weeks period
Position Requirements- Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census) – Required
- Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing
- AHA BLS Certification - Required
- AHA ACLS Certification – Preferred
- All Pharmacists at the facility are generalist- musthave flexibility to go where needed.
- Inpatient setting
- Medication Dispensing System:
Omnicell, Central pharmrobot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell Controlled Substance cabinet.
- Position will have unit/department-specific orientation:
One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor. - Position will be supported by Pharmacy Techs
