Job Title: School Psychologist
Location: Hybrid – Remote and On-Site at Havasupai Elementary School, 40 Main Street, Supai
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psycho-educational assessments for initial and triennial evaluations in accordance with IDEA timelines and standards.
- Prepare individualized written evaluation reports including NASIS Summary Reports within required time frames.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop evaluation schedules, assessment tools, and documentation workflows.
- Provide monthly activity and case load reports and maintain timely invoicing and documentation submissions.
- Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active School Psychologist license from a state licensing board or National Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) certification. (State licensure for Arizona must be acquired within 1 year if not already held.)
- Minimum of five years of school-based psychology experience.
