Base Salary Range: $68,875.27 – $ per year (actual salaries may vary)

The project manager provides leadership for Information Technology projects based on organizational priorities. The incumbent will be responsible for managing complex projects at the enterprise level, including groups of interrelated and/or cross‑functional projects to meet organizational strategic goals. Accountable for partnering with business owners to establish a project framework using standard methodology, tracking progress, mitigating risk, and controlling change to ensure delivery that meets time, cost, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities include demonstrating accountability for financial results, engaging staff to contain costs, managing IT capital and operating project budgets, maintaining alignment with multi‑year IT roadmap, communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing excellent service to patients, physicians, employees, and customers, exercising sound judgment, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing customer relationships, developing project portfolio structure, contributing to PMO maturity, and ensuring all IT projects follow the PMO framework (intake, prioritization, governance approvals, post‑implementation review).

Monitoring and mitigating IT‑specific risks such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements throughout project delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 3+ years IT project management experience, with at least 2 years in a PMO or enterprise IT setting.
