LNC Production and Application Operator (Machine Operator)
Desert Control is the provider of Liquid Natural Clay (LNC), a liquid compound that can turn sand into fertile soil and reduce water consumption for agriculture, forests, and green landscapes. LNC is produced by mobile production units transported to the customer site to form a temporary production site. Natural materials (ingredients) are sourced locally and brought to the production site, where they are processed into liquid compounds.
The liquid is applied directly to the surface of land areas (sprayed or applied through irrigation systems). The compound percolates into the ground by the force of gravity and coats each grain of sand with a nanolayer of minerals that enables the sand to form a soil structure that retains water and nutrients.
The LNC Production and Application Operator is a machine operator and production specialist responsible for the continuous, high-quality production of LNC and its application to soils. Projects and the production of LNC take place in the field, where temporary field production sites are set up to serve each project. The operator runs the mobile LNC production units and is responsible for operations and ensuring the optimal utilization of machines and equipment to enable the team to achieve its targets and successful project delivery within scope, on time, and budget.
The LNC Production and Application Operator reports to the Project Lead – LNC Delivery and is part of a team of operators supported by a Field Technician.
