Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Days

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Location: Yuma, AZ

Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts (7am–7pm)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the ER setting with minimal supervision.
• Triage patients safely, accurately, and promptly.
• Perform head‑to‑toe assessments, monitor vitals, and respond quickly to changes.
• Communicate with ER physicians about patient status and diagnostic results.
• Administer medications, treatments, and point‑of‑care tests as per policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and pain management.
• Support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and ER standards.
• Collaborate with the care team and assist in training new nurses.
