As our Inpatient Manager, you'll work directly with a supportive CNO, lead a dedicated clinical team, and have real autonomy to shape how care gets delivered—no red tape. No waiting. Just results.

• Day-to-day inpatient operations—staffing, inventory, workflows
• Direct patient care and head-to-toe assessments when needed
• Real-time communication with physicians on patient status and treatment response
• Mentoring and supervising your nursing team, writing performance reports
• Process optimization—if something's broken, fix it; if it can be better, make it better
• Compliance with nursing standards, Patient Bill of Rights, and Nurse Practice Act

• BSN from an accredited program (ADN considered with experience)
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS, ACLS (PALS a plus)
• 4+ years Med/Surg or related inpatient RN experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
