• Apply clinical judgment, prioritize care, use evidence‑based practice
• Provide caring practice with compassion and therapeutic environment
• Utilize systems thinking for safety and quality improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, effective communication
• Facilitate learning for patients, families, staff, community

• Associate's degree in Nursing
• BLS certification required
• Graduated within the last year from an accredited School of Nursing
• Under RN supervision perform skills including medication administration and IV therapy
