• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,990 $ 2,130 per week

  Emergency Room (ER) 52 beds, 4 trauma bays
• Charting: EPIC EMR
• Scrub Color:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience in a Level I or II trauma center within the last 3 years
• Active RN license (Registered Nurse license in Arizona or compact state)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• EPIC EMR proficiency and recent usage required
• Ability to read own telemetry
• TNCC certification preferred
• Willingness to float to nearby Foothills freestanding ER as scheduled
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care to a diverse Emergency Room population (average 200 patients/day)
• Manage patient ratios of 1:5 (medical) and 1:6 (fast track)
• Respond to trauma, STEMI, and stroke cases (stroke interventions shipped out)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, mid-levels, ED techs, and respiratory therapists
• Perform patient assessments, initiate treatments, and monitor progress
• Document care and interventions using EPIC EMR
• Participate in modified self-scheduling and meet weekend/holiday shift requirements
• Maintain a safe, organized environment in a busy ER setting
