• Tree Work: Pruning, hoeing, de-thorning, pollinating, thinning, and tying of Date Palms, Olive Trees, and Citrus Trees. Work may be performed from the ground or from a raised platform up to 55 feet.
• Harvest: Identify fruit by color and texture, pick, place into trays, move trays to field trailers or pallets, remove bags and twine, cut fruit arms, and count/fold bags. All work performed under the direction of the foreman and supervisor.
• Groundwork Planting: Dig holes, place Date Palms, Olive Trees, and Citrus (up to 50 lbs) from containers into holes, replace soil, and cut or remove shoots as required.
• Cleaning and Weeding: Remove shoots using hoes, shovels, crowbar, and hammer, work on uneven ground, and ensure clean working conditions. All duties are supervised to maintain quality.

• Minimum 2 months of field work experience in citrus or dates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Proficient in using hand tools (pruners, loppers, hoes, knives).
• Willingness to work in conditions that may heavily soil clothing and skin with mud, water, grease, etc.
• Compliance with 8 Cal. Code Regulations Sections 3437, 3456(b‑c) for thinning, hoeing, weeding, and hand‑weeding.
