Join Farm Bureau Financial Services as a licensed sales associate. You will prospect and assist an experienced agent with generating and closing new sales.

• Prospect new clients and generate leads through referrals, outbound calling, networking events, and online platforms.
• Assist the agent in identifying potential clients’ insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Support preparation of insurance proposals and documentation for policy issuance.

• Valid Arizona P/C and L/H insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
