This is a full-time on-site role located in Yuma, AZ, for a Sales Business Development professional. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and delivering presentations to promote the hotel’s offerings. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to provide an exceptional guest experience, developing strategies to grow the business, and achieving revenue goals through effective sales initiatives.

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation and creating effective strategies to drive sales growth
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to understand and meet client needs
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in sales or business development in the hospitality industry is a plus
