RISE is an innovative human services network established in 1987 to move individuals living in institutions into family settings. Services now support children, adults, and families with a variety of needs across multiple states. This role is to hire a Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor for our adult /DD group home in XCITYX, Arizona. The Coordinator is a safety‑sensitive position that ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations of the group home program and supports a high quality of life for residents.

$43,888.00/yr – $43,888.00/yr

• Manage and support the residential group home program by implementing RISE mission, vision, and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and manage performance.
• Oversee program records and maintain payroll and billing documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure programs meet licensing, survey, and contractual requirements.
• Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues.
• Assist residents with daily living supports, community access, medication, and medical issues.
• Maintain clean and safe environments in compliance with AZ Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities, and other licensing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all RISE and AZ State DDD regulations and policies.

• Desire, interest, and experience working with people with disabilities or special needs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of work and supervisory experience in an agency providing home care support services.
• Experience providing person‑centered philosophy for people with developmental and physical disabilities in a long‑term setting.
• Dedication to quality support, self‑motivation, honesty, dependability, and flexibility.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Language ability other than English may be required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on call.
• Self‑directed and works with minimal supervision.

• Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license, minimum age 21, and meet driver requirements per RISE Insurance Agency.
• Must complete a successful background check, driving record check, and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
