The Supply Planning team within the TH Supply department ensures the right product is delivered at the right time across all commercial regions. Working closely with commercial markets and sourcing regions, the team plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, regional growth, and overall business success.
The team consists of offshore planning teams based in Turkey, ISC and Hong Kong SAR, and an onshore team located in Amsterdam. The onshore team is divided into:
- Long-Term Planning, focused on forecasting, liability management, regional collaboration for Full Price collections, and planning and buy execution for the EMEA Outlet collection.
- Seasonal & Monthly Planning, responsible for seasonal production planning, global buy execution, monthly Direct Sales business, and Never Out of Stock (NOS) assortments.
Both teams work closely with commercial regions and vendors to create optimized supply plans while balancing commercial needs, material commitments, and business KPIs.
The PositionAs Senior Supply Planner Outlet, you will own the end-to-end Outlet planning process, working closely with offshore planning teams, Outlet Buying & Planning teams, Product Development, and key stakeholders across Amsterdam, New York, and the supply hubs. You will develop and execute supply plans that support regional and brand KPIs, while identifying synergies between the EMEA and North America planning teams by aligning best practices, reporting, and ways of working.
As a senior functional expert, you will support the Manager Supply Planning in delivering best-in-class supply planning. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex data into actionable insights. Although this is not a people management role, you will provide functional leadership, coach planners, and oversee operational planning activities.
- Translate regional Outlet targets and commercial needs into optimized supply plans.
- Create transparency around the global supply plan and evaluate planning scenarios.
- Manage planning and buying recaps, including pre-bookings, delivery dates, purchase orders, cancellations, and KPIs.
- Lead regional meetings, seasonal kick-offs, workshops, and planning reviews.
- Ensure data integrity and provide analytical support for planning decisions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Supply Planning, Product Development, Buying & Planning, and Merchandise Planning.
- Oversee operational planning activities and provide coaching and guidance to peers.
Deliver the right product at the right time by partnering with commercial regions and the Seasonal & Monthly Planning team. Balance commercial opportunities while staying within agreed liability budgets.
Requirements- 4–5 years' experience in supply planning or a highly analytical role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Tableau or Power BI knowledge is a plus. - Fluent in English.
- HBO/University degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
