pladis zoekt een Proces Operator Bakkerij met passie voor koek en chocolade. Je borgt continu de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het productieproces, stuurt bij waar nodig en levert innovatie door verbeteringen voor een efficiëntere bakkerij.
Je werkt in een 3-ploegenrooster en ontvangt een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000 en €3.599, met 20% ploegentoeslag, 24 vakantiedagen en een pensioenregeling conform CAO Zoetwaren.
