Fivoor zoekt een reflectieve verpleegkundige voor outreachend werk in Noord-Holland, met focus op cliënten met complexe psychiatrische en forensische problematiek. Je werkt in de wijk, op straat en bij cliënten thuis, met aandacht voor veiligheid en herstel.
Je hebt een HBO-opleiding tot verpleegkundige met BIG-registratie en bent flexibel in werktijden en locaties (Zaandam, Zaanstreek en Kennemerland). Samenwerking met partners in het netwerk is essentieel.
