COA Zaandam zoekt een Teamleider Beveiliging die het verschil maakt op twee locaties. Je stuurt en coacht beveiligingsteams, onderhoudt klantcontact met Trigion en schrijft beveiligingsplannen. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor het COA en bewaakt verzuim en teamontwikkeling.
In deze functie werk je doordeweeks overdag, met ruimte voor overleg en aangrenzende taken zoals coördinatie en operationele beveiliging. Een sterke combinatie van leidinggeven, veiligheid en klantcontact staat centraal.
