Daan zoekt een forensisch begeleider voor een 24-uurs woonsetting met cliënten met LVB. Je werkt in een team van zorgprofessionals, rapporteert over voortgang en signaleert spanning en gedragsproblemen.
Je hebt een afgeronde zorgopleiding (MBO 3 of
4). Je werkt zelfstandig, communiceert duidelijk en werkt goed samen. Het salaris volgt cao, met reiskostenvergoeding, pensioenregeling en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
