Gemeente Zaanstad zoekt een Doorstroomcoach die jongeren tot 27 jaar begeleidt naar werk, scholing of een andere passende vervolgplek. Je onderzoekt talenten en ondersteunt ontwikkeling via trainingen, coaching en inloopdiensten vanuit het Jongerenloket in Zaandam.
Je hebt een HBO-diploma, ervaring met coaching van jongeren en levert maatwerk in elke situatie. Een vast team en ruime samenwerkingsverbanden staan klaar om samen stappen te zetten naar een kansrijke toekomst.
