Customer Service Rep at Baseline Fitness

Job Summary:

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience.

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle all front‑desk related tasks: answering information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, conducting tours, and making any necessary changes to members’ accounts.
• Facilitate member service issues and questions, forwarding to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

• 1 hour (minimum) – Deep cleaning.
• 1 hour (minimum) – Continued training.
• Full shift – Perform essential duties and responsibilities.

• Customer Service – Communicate and interact with customers, coworkers, and the public in a way that exceeds their wants and needs.
• Listening – Actively listen to customers, empathize, and work together to solve problems.
• Problem Solving – Recognize, define, and analyze problems; encourage alternative solutions; plan resolutions; seek assistance when needed.
• Diplomacy – Demonstrate tact and skill in all interactions using appropriate behavior and language.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Stand and walk at least 75% of the shift.
• Speak in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
