Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of the restaurant and upholding Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift. The work environment includes working in a fast‑paced kitchen requiring long periods of standing, lifting, and bending.

• Partner with the General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts.
• Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant.
• Enforce Off The Hook policies and standards.
• Provide exemplary guest service.
• Use tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant during the shift.

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may change.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training.
• Must be Safer certified or willing to obtain certification.
• 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
