• Assist with the day‑to‑day store operation and production performance to meet or exceed budget while complying with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform the duties of a supervisor when assigned by the Store Manager or Production Manager. Act in a supervisory capacity during scheduled work hours.
• Reach production goal guidelines (minimum of 110 garments per hour with a minimum quality standard of 90%).
• Ensure proper production of donations and prepare them for display on the store floor.
• Act as a positive role model for employees and trainees in all aspects of professional performance.
• Produce donated goods in the backroom, maintaining a clean store environment, attractive displays, and presentable personnel.
• Maintain safe and appropriate conditions in the back‑room area.
• Keep the store clean and hazard‑free by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Observe personnel and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by Production Associates.
• Perform the job duties of Production Associates when required.
• Attend work on the regularly scheduled shifts assigned by the manager for the week.

• Assist the Store Manager or Production Manager in achieving or exceeding production goals both monthly and annually and implement a contingency plan if goals are not met.
• Interact professionally and productively with a diverse array of people.
• Market Goodwill and explain its mission to the general public.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with, and among, store and production personnel while motivating them to perform at their best.
• Work a flexible schedule at short notice, including nights, weekends, and occasionally, long hours.
• Use repetitive hand movements for buttoning, sorting, hanging, and zipping garments.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and stretch for prolonged periods.
• Function in a fast‑paced work environment with occasional high‑volume periods.

• High School diploma or GED and 6 months supervisory experience or a minimum of 90 days in the service industry.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior work experience in the service industry preferred.
• Successfully complete Retail training.

Frequent physical exertion, frequent movement, indoor temperature regulation with occasional exposure to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Alternate work schedule may include working at an attended donation center with no prior notice.
