The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store and cycle counts for inventories.
• Perform price changes and hang signage like Circulars and Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally 4-8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete training.
