Description
Timothy Hill's residential programs on the Zachary, LA campus consist of 1 home that serves up to 10 boys as a safe haven for at-risk children and young people age 13-17. These individuals often struggle with issues of abuse, neglect, homelessness, addiction, or alternative to incarceration.
The residential programs focus on education, vocational training, life coaching, and spiritual guidance set in an equestrian, adventure-based setting with the goal of transforming lives through love. Trained professional staff teach them how to become productive citizens through career counseling, caseworker & caretaker support, and creating a plan for transitioning back into the community.

Qualifications
- Required trainings are provided by Timothy Hill Ranch.
- Must be proficient in computers, Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- College degree preferred; will accept 3-5 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Extensive background check will be completed as required by LA state.
- Pre-employment drug testing.
- Valid & Current State Driver's License; must be 25 years or older to drive company vehicles.
