Kennemerhart zoekt een receptioniste die aan de balie bezoekers ontvangt, inkomende en uitgaande telefoontjes afhandelt en praktische informatie geeft. Je registreert gegevens, maakt planningen en plant vergaderruimten. In een drukke omgeving waar mogelijk cliënten met dementie wonen, bewaak je het alarmsysteem en houd je toezicht op wie binnen en buiten komt.
Je bent toegankelijk, hulpvaardig en representatief. Je werkt zelfstandig, discreet en integer, en staat collega’s graag bij.
