Zeeman zoekt een Filiaalmanager om een winkel te leiden in een familiebedrijf setting in Nederland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse winkelvoering en zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving. Je werkt nauw samen met een Assistent Filiaalmanager en Regiomanager en krijgt ruimte voor training en ontwikkeling.
Daarnaast coach je het team, onderhoud je een actuele winkelpresentatie en organiseer je klantgerichte activiteiten. Een combinatie van verkoop en lichte administratie hoort erbij.
