Role DescriptionFull‑time Project Estimator, located on‑site in Zanesville, OH. The Project Estimator will prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate project estimations. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, creating detailed cost reports, and communicating with project managers to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.

- Communicate with cross‑functional teams to maintain accurate project estimations.
- Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in project estimation software and Microsoft Office.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
