Pharmacy Manager

Overview

Pharmacy Manager role d a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to deliver patient care and community health services. This position is associated with Walmart Pharmacy and involves operations leadership and community outreach.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by Walmart; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and RPZ/complex structure adjustments based on location.

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
• Model and enforce customer service approaches to resolve needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve the community.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.

• Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers effectively.
• Expertise in analyzing data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Competence in analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions.
• Ability to manage a pharmacy, including overseeing staff and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
