As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced STNA. In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.

This position has a starting pay rate of $19 an hour based on years of certification. The typical schedule for this opportunity is one (1) 12-hour shift a week, every other Friday and Monday. Shift hours are 7p-7a. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
• Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
