Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, located in Zanesville, Ohio, provides short term, long term and specialized services to individuals needing Skilled Nursing services and rehabilitation. In addition to our Long Term Care population and some short term rehabilitation residents, our community specializes in providing services to a behavioral health population. Summary:

Are you someone who has a background in helping people with typical day to day tasks, someone with prior experience as a State Tested Nursing Assistant, recently completed your STNA classes and are waiting to test or are a recent Certified Nursing Assistant Graduate pending results from a recent State Tested Nursing Assistant exam, then Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation has a great opportunity for you!

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our communities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate healthcare environment.

Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community. This position will assist residents with tasks of daily living including but not limited to assistance with personal care, social interaction, leisure and recreation opportunities.

Starting pay for this position is $19 an hour. The typical schedule for this opportunity is three (3) 12-hour shifts a week with an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. We have flexible scheduling options for employees seeking Part Time, Full Time or As Needed (PRN) employment. We can work with you to ensure you have a supportive work environment while maintaining your current lifestyle.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
  • Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
