• Advocating for the rights of those with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (/DD)
• Supporting a team of personnel serving individuals with /DD in their home and community
• Participate as a team member in support of individuals with /DD in service plan development
• Works with guardians, family members, friends, in support of the individuals’ hopes, desires, dreams
• Encourages community integration, self-advocacy, and independence of those we serve
