We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team and contribute to the well‑being of our residents.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at The Oaks
, you will be at the forefront of patient care, working directly with residents to assess their needs, administer treatments, and ensure their overall health and comfort. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and mental health.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed guidelines.
- Develop and update individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in condition or behavior.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, in the delivery of patient care.
- Ensure adherence to facility policies, state regulations, and federal healthcare standards.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, clinical procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
