As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion, prevention coordination of services, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations for resident services and care.

• Provide nursing care following the resident's plan of care.
• Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations.
• Monitor residents' condition and administer medications.
• Promote health and prevention strategies.
• Coordinate services and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Two years of LPN experience.
• Two years’ experience in assisted living or a nursing home.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Demonstrated good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• Dedication to seniors and their well‑being.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
