  May float to other healthcare facilities to support OR staffing needs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio RN license preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
• Experience in Robotic, Neuro, and Orthopedic surgery preferred
• Proficiency with Epic EMR highly desirable
• Ability to participate in rotating call schedule, including holidays and weekends

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, circulating and assisting with diverse surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• Maintain a safe, sterile environment in accordance with hospital and healthcare regulations
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
• Float to other healthcare facilities as needed to support OR staffing requirements
• Participate in rotating call schedule, including weekends and holiday shifts
