We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sterling Suites Senior Living. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $25-$26 an hour.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Two (2) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
