Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown nursing experience (must be able to read Telemetry; competency tested on day one)

• Active Ohio RN license

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Proficiency with Epic EMR (must be documented; no refresher training provided)

• At least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to adults on the 4 South Cardiac unit and other Med-Surg units

• Float between units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders

• Monitor and interpret Telemetry readings accurately

• Document patient care using Epic EMR system

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Work every other weekend as part of the regular nursing schedule
