Patients: Adult (18+) – Renal & Med-Surg
Equipment/Skills: Telemetry monitoring, post-dialysis care, renal disease management
EMR: EPIC (mandatory)

Requirements:

• 3+ yrs recent Med-Surg + Tele experience (Renal preferred)

• Active Ohio RN License
• BLS

• Strong telemetry interpretation skills

• Epic proficiency required
