Description:
The LPN will work primarily on the Medical Surgical/Observation units.
The LPN may occasionally float between various Med-Surg units as needed.
The position requires 36 hours per week.
Night shift hours are from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.Every third weekend of work is required.
There is no call requirement for this position.
The LPN must be able to manage a patient load of 5 patients with RN oversight.
Competency in reading telemetry is essential; testing for this skill will occur on day one.
LPNs will be terminated if they cannot pass the telemetry competency test.
LPNs will also be terminated if they are not proficient in Epic EMR.Candidates must disclose all requested time off upon submission, as late requests will not be considered.

The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
Shifts may vary and will be noted on the facility time report.
Holiday coverage will be required.
