Interim Health Care Inc. is seeking a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to our clients in a hospice setting.
You will perform bedside evaluations, support diagnosis and management of acute and chronic health conditions, and collaborate with physicians to optimize care. Qualifications include current APN and RN licenses in the relevant state, a Controlled Substances license, and hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
