Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Hudsonville, MI

Part-Time | In-Home
Evening hours! 4:30-7:30

Base pay range
: $18-23/hour, based on experience and location.

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real time.
• Provide support in structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.

• Have your RBT certification (or are ready to get it – we’ll help!).
• Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact.
• Are detail‑oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Can pass a background check and complete RBT onboarding.
• Bonus: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields.
