Nutrition Services Technician

Job Summary

Join our Nutrition Services team at Corewell Health and make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families by participating in all aspects of patient meal service. This includes answering phones in the call center, assembling patient trays, cleaning and sanitizing dishes and equipment, delivering and picking up meal trays, and managing stock.

• Communicates effectively with all hospital staff, visitors, patients/residents to ensure the highest level of customer service and care for our patients/residents.
• Greets, communicates with and assists visitors, staff and/or patients in navigating through the hospital to reach their destination.
• Completes special projects as assigned, with specific direction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service and/or other related experience.
