Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Oversee employee relations, including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including wage scales and shift differentials.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Coordinate and deliver training initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to plant leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in labor relations, including union negotiation, contract administration, or strong non-union employee relations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices across recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR compliance (e.g., OSHA, FMLA).
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders to align HR strategies with production goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Strong background in talent acquisition and retention strategies for skilled trades and production roles.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in the local manufacturing workforce.
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific HRIS features (e.g., time clock integration, shift scheduling).
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification, or other relevant safety certifications.
