• Lead the corporate innovation and enterprise data program, prioritizing technology investments.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements.
• Develop and manage a roadmap for innovation, data, and AI, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Establish data governance standards, including data quality, privacy, and access policies.
• Oversee the enterprise data platform strategy and lead analytics initiatives for actionable insights.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field;
  Master's preferred.
• 7 years of experience in technology product management or data leadership roles.
• Proven track record in data governance and analytics strategy development.
• Experience in deploying emerging technologies like AI and automation.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
