Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and procedures.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to all employees.
• Manage EHS record‑keeping, reporting, and permit requirements.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive EHS management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Professional certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master's degree in EHS, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience managing EHS across multiple manufacturing facilities.
