Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including loading programs and raw materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain part specifications and quality.
• Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or production issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Document production activities, quality checks, and machine parameters accurately.

• Hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Strong understanding and application of G-code and M-code programming.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gauges).
• Ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenance.

• Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with CMM or other advanced metrology equipment.
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
