Order Selector Operator PR03 - Shipping/Receiving - 3rd Shift at Tyson Foods

These positions are responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Positions may be in Shipping, Receiving, or Production.

Assignments begin at $21.55/hr (with a $1/hr shift premium for 3rd shift). Work is 8‑10 hours on hard floors in a cold, damp, slippery environment.

Ensure timely transportation and unloading of materials while maintaining safety standards. Work in various departments (Shipping, Receiving, Production) and communicate across management levels.

Must have 3 months of work experience (any employers combined). Candidates with prior Tyson experience must observe a 365‑day rehire waiting period and have limited to 3 prior employments.

Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lb, stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach. Must perform repetitive motions.

• Forklift experience (Extended Run, Order Selector Operator, Yard Driver Operator)
• Manufacturing setting
• RF scanner experience
• Reading and writing; ability to complete on‑job paperwork and communicate effectively
